Cuban Cuisine
Cuban cuisine comes from Spanish, African and Caribbean cuisines, with a small Chinese influence. The most popular foods are black beans, rice, and meat. As mexican dishes, cuban food is usually spicy with exotic flavours.
Tamales is a traditional cuban/mexican dish made of a corn based dough .It is prepared on a wrapping which is discarded before eating. Tamales can be filled with cheeses, fruits, vegetables, chillies, depending on the flavour that the cooker wants to give it.

Religion in Cuba
60 percent of the population is Catholic Baptists, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, Anglicans, Episcopalians, Methodists, Quakers,and Lutherans.Other groups include the Greek Orthodox Church, the Russian Orthodox Church, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Baha'is and Mormons.
It can be seen that Cuba has an exstense variaty of religions within one country. Therefore it has a lot of different cultures and people coexisting in the same place.
This amazing varieties of religions also relate to the music. Many different cultures can have different styles of music.
Languages in Cuba
The official language of Cuba is Spanish and the 60% of Cuban people speak it. Spanish as spoken in Cuba is known as Cuban Spanish and is a form of Caribbean Spanish.
Also, Lucumi and Yoruba are both languages which originate from West Africa.
Haitian Creole is the second largest language in Cuba spoken by the 18%.
The other 22% speak other languages such as Catalán, Corsican and Santería.
